Ann Rosenstein is a certified fitness instructor and personal trainer with certifications from ACE, AFAA, AEA, Schwinn Cycle and a Pilates certification from the Physicalmind Institute. Ann has been teaching group fitness, water aerobics, and weight training since 1989. She also has a BA and MA from the University of Minnesota and works as a reference librarian for the Dakota County Library System in Minnesota.
